I'm not back to normal. Yeah, I'm still tired. I'm sure it's a combo of getting over this damn cold, feminine issues, and daylight savings time. Whatever the case, it's not a good formula for running. My stats for the month are gonna suck. I guess that's the way it goes sometimes. Anyway, 30 minutes on the indoor track. So no pretty graphs and such. And on that note, I'm out.

Don't beat yourself up. We all have months like that. And 30 min. on the track is better than what I am doing today...nothing!
