Running is more difficult than I remember. It's going to take some time until I'm back to where I was. So I just took it easy. Oddly enough, I ran faster than I thought. Anyway, nothing was really wrong with me. I'm just not finding running as enjoyable as it once was. And I know it's because I went almost 3 weeks without it. The less active you are, the less active you want to be. I want to get back to wanting to run again. If only I could fast forward to Spring.

Sometimes I go through those spells too, where I don't enjoy it. I think it happens to everyone. But, you're right - once you get out of it, it's easy to stay out of it. I skipped my run yesterday and know I have to do it today before I fall back into "i'll do it tommorrow".
You're so right. Once you get out of the habit, getting back in is a challenge. Good start.
Everyone goes through those dips in motivation. It will return. In the meantime, nice job on the run!
I have always said, Christie, that if running were easy, it'd be easy. Ah, but the rewards!
