I wasn't sore from yesterday's hills. Go figure. So today was an easy stroll in the park. No pressure. The only condition I set for myself was negative splits. I passed with flying colors.

It is evidently that your run has been nice and easy. No question. Your pace is really awesome. You are going to kick serious ass for the Philly Half Marathon.
