Who knew the same path could be new when you run in the opposite direction? Yeah, I needed a change. Change is good. Some inclines were really giving my backside one heck of a workout. I'll have buns of steel soon. So the run went pretty well. In the 2nd mile, I had to tell myself, "Christie, chill out. You have 3 more miles to go." And honestly, I wasn't sure how I was going to make it to mile 5. It's not like I haven't gone that far and beyond before, but it's not the way it was anymore. I am faster than I was before, but I don't have the same willpower. Running is mind over matter and I'm thinking my mind will give out one day. I guess I'm frustrated starting over again. I just hope I get out of this funk soon. I miss the love of running. What happened to that? Come back. Activity

I need to get back that feeling

Yes a change can be the thing you need to get over a hump, I get rela bored of running the same routes so I jump in the car and go somewhere new or somewhere I've not been for a while. A change is as good as a rest as they say!
