I ran a bit too fast today. But it was good knowing that I could do it. It felt so much better to be outside than on the dreadmill. Moisture wicking shirts certainly don't do any good indoors. In any case, I ran my fastest mile to date today. I'm proud of myself because I really, REALLY didn't want to go out today. It's that special time all women know and hate. But I went out anyway because I know I won't be in the mood to make it up later in the week. Now that I've gotten that out of the way, I'm ready to start my day. Music: Things Fall Apart by The Roots I used to wear this album out. I'm so glad to have it back in rotation. I'm not a big hip hop fan, but I can appreciate really good hip hop. Too bad there's not enough of it to go around. Activity

very nice you are getting faster.
Congrats to you! Well done!
Are you usually a morning runner? I'd love to start doing that, but I have to be at work by 8am and I have a lot of trouble starting my morning that early. :(
Jeannie, I'm not usually a morning runner at all. I'm the type to lie around all day and get outside before it gets dark. But now with my day job interrupting my schedule, I try to get some morning runs in.
I hate when my job gets in the way of my life!
Anyway, congrats on completing a morning run and, well, just for getting back to running. I'm glad you're feeling well enough to run.
