Got some stuff on my mind. Running helped. But now I'm back home with stuff on my mind. Oh well. In any case, I'm attempting to get my groove back. The more I run, the more I want to run. So that's a good thing.

It's good to want to run more. After being a slacker for ten days (there's no running in the Grand Canyon unless you're into extreme trail running), I need to get the groove you are talking about back.
