Short Run and Push Ups

I'm getting a little bored with the park, so I ran the path in the opposite direction. It was a nice change. I was feeling good and all set for 3 or 4 miles. Then I was greeted by the sun. All is Kool and the Gang while running in the shade. It's a different story when there are no trees to run under. So I stopped at 2 and took my butt home.

It seems these days everyone is on the whole push up kick. So I decided to join the bandwagon for now. My upper body is so weak. I'm bottom heavy and for the most part all my strength is in my legs. I've always had big legs. My upper body is petite in comparison. So I have just a lil bit of strength in my arms. Anyway, we'll see how that goes. I'm not going all hard core. I'm doing girl push ups. I cannot do one full push up on my own. Yes, I know, it's sad. But it is what it is.

Hi Christie, I like that push challenge idea, it would be pretty neet to do 100 push ups. I might just join the challenge

Agreeably, once you get under the sun, heat affects you in a totally different way. I too would've been toast after two miles.
