Here we go again

Nothing much to report. It's still hot, I still woke up with a headache, I still didn't do any push ups, I still didn't eat much (but I'm now starving) and I still ran. The best part was knowing that I only had 2 miles to get in.

Morning:
Coffee w/soymilk and raw sugar
Banana

Afternoon:
Vitamin Water (acai blueberry pomegranate)
Clif Builders bar (mint chocolate)

Evening:
Leftover Chinese
Coconut water (post run)
Chickpea-hijiki salad sammich w/chili lime tortilla chips

At least you still got out for your run. All those factors would have certainly derailed me!

Mmm, coconut water...man, is it hot when you run, yet you manage to keep up good speeds.
