Got in 3mi today. It was a lot slower than yesterday's run, but I guess that's to be expected. I'm much better when I've had a day of rest. There are 5mi on the calendar tomorrow. I'm sure it will be slow too. No rest til Thursday. I have nothing much else to report. So I'm going to spend the evening watching Family Guy and chatting on the phone.

Your version of slow is fast to my snail behind! But still, I get what you're saying. Hoping some good runs come your way the rest of the week!

Hang in there Christie! I'm currently doing this thing where I'm trying to run every single day for a year - yesterday was day #107 in a row, and I had to run despite having a head cold and a severely upset stomach. Not pretty, but if you will yourself forward, you can accomplish anything. I've logged 437 miles over those 107 days.

Take care,
Sheamus

Good luck with continuing your running! I'm always amazed at all the stats you post! I can barely manage to keep track of my time running! Do you have any events coming up?
