I did not want to get out of bed this morning. For one, I should have gone to bed sooner. I never got around to the chamomile tea nightcap. And two, I was sore. Yesterday's recovery run may have been overdoing it. But once I got out of bed, I was good to go. I prepared chamomile peppermint (loose) tea bags to bring with me to work. It was a nice relaxing treat in the middle of the day. After work, I headed to the track to get in 20min. But I set Garmin for distance instead of time. I wrapped up 2 miles a minute sooner. Oh well. It's good that I got it over with sooner though. I was cold. My legs were frozen and numb. I didn't feel any soreness, so that was a good thing. I'm not too sure why I felt so cold though. According to Bimactive, the temperature was the same as it was yesterday when I ran. Maybe it was more windy. Who knows? What's important is that I got it done. I didn't hate it. And I didn't hurt anything. So there's 30min on tap for tomorrow. Hopefully I won't jack it up and set Garmin for 3 miles. And on that note, I'm off to rummage through the kitchen. I'm getting my appetite back, for now. Night all. Activity
Cool Down = .34mi

Good run, keep it going chica!!!
I used to take peppermint/chamomile tea to work when I had stomach issues due to stress. It's definitely a good midday treat.
Nice job doing the run even though you didn't feel like it!
