I got in an early run yesterday at 5:45am. I'm not a morning run type of girl, but I had some things to do. For one, I had to wake up at the crack of dawn to drop my parents off at the Philadelphia Airport. Then after work, I was going to hang out in Brooklyn, NY. Yeah, I live in NJ but I'm no where near NY. I'm just a stone's throw from Philly though. In any case, I spent the whole day out and about, either in a car, on a train, or on foot, operating on about 4 hours of sleep. I got in around 6:15am this morning. And I'm really surprised I'm up now. I have a headache which is not surprising. I need to go back to bed. I have a 3.5mi run on the schedule and it's not going to happen the way I'm feeling now. I'm sure I'll be back later to blog about it though.

Go get yourself some sleep! The run won't be any good if you don't ;-)
Rest up!
Gotta rest. Nice 2-mile run for being as busy as you were. I used to live in Brooklyn. I loved it.
Lack of sleep can kill a run like nothing else...except maybe excessive liquor consumption. I love your hair in your new pic!
Nice run christie
